Recently experienced Theraplate sessions with Rene on both my barrel horses (and myself) for the first time. One session for my nervous/anxious horse and a recovery maintenance post run session for the other horse. To say we were all satisfied is an understatement! My nervous/anxious horse was an easy breeze to warm up and not to mention he ran harder, faster, and really stretched out more than he has in a while. As for the recovery session results on my older horse I noticed he was not swollen in the ankles, no wind puffs, and you could tell he loved his session he was about to fall asleep  lastly, my verdict was zero soreness in my legs (stood on the theraplate for my session) after a long 3 day barrel race riding 2-3 horses a day.
